Alejandro Rodriguez
Chief Executive Officer and Executive Coach

A retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, Alejandro has worked with international partners in many countries including Afghanistan, Colombia, Germany, Iraq, Japan, Korea, Qatar, and Thailand.  Alejandro is an adjunct faculty within Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies and an alumni mentor in Georgetown’s Leadership Coaching program and Executive Facilitation program.  

He also facilitates classes on mindfulness, building high performing teams, emotional intelligence (EI) and has been invited to speak to large audiences on leading with EI in high stress environments and transitions. Clients he has served include the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), U.S. Department of Defense, the US Naval Academy, National Forum for Black Public Administrators (Non-profit), the Global Good Fund (Non-Profit) and various private sector companies.

Kevin Bowman

Kevin Bowman is a retired Special Operations Army Officer (Green Beret) currently living in Stuttgart, Germany. Kevin is a Health and Wellness trainer and facilitator.

Throughout his 25 years of military service, Kevin has worked and advised senior international special operations leadership from partners in multiple countries including Spain, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Afghanistan, Ecuador, El Salvador, and South Korea. Kevin has also successfully developed, mentored, and led high-performing military and cross-functional teams in combat, and at multiple U.S. Embassies.  Kevin is fluent in Spanish and conversant in French and Brazilian Portuguese.  

Kevin aspires to become a certified executive coach through the International Coaching Federation, with an eye towards helping others by leveraging his leadership and international experience.  Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma. 

Tony Cerella
Executive Coach

He works with executives, managers, and leaders in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors to encourage opportunities for discovery and growth. A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, Tony has worked with international partners in countries and organizations like Australia, Italy, Germany, South Korea, Iraq, NATO, and the European Union. As a coach, Tony applies an exploratory, behavioral coaching approach to encourage growth and new perspectives. He uses expertise, compassion, and genuine curiosity to coach and facilitate leaders across multiple industries and professions.

Tony holds a Doctorate of Education (University of Southern California), Leadership Coaching Certificate (Georgetown University), a Master of Science (Colorado School of Mines), and a Bachelor of Arts (Virginia Military Institute). He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma- Green Belt certifications. He enjoys reading, running, and traveling with his wife and two children.

Julia Gardner

She has more than fifteen years of experience honing young professionals’ leadership skills and connecting them with educational and growth opportunities.

Through her direction of the Pacific Forum Young Leaders Program, supporting admissions for the prestigious Schwarzman Scholars Program, and mentoring recent graduates, these young professionals are closer to finding their voices as professionals and leaders. Julia’s coaching philosophy emphasizes support for her clients, listening with purpose, and establishing a foundation of trust, which creates new meaning and potential transformation for both coach and client. In her corporate partnerships work, Julia brings administrative, insightful leadership development, and strong team-building skills to bear, creating relationships that are force multipliers for the many stakeholders with whom she works.

Julia employs a playful, genuine curiosity, which, in her coaching, is set alongside research-backed tools to help clients identify and celebrate their strengths and find new ways to deploy those gifts as leaders. Eileen Godinez

Eileen brings over 25 years of experience working with mid-level and executive leaders to enhance their ability to lead and manage with confidence and competence.  Eileen designs and delivers interactive classes and workshop integrating theory and practice to create enhanced learning transfer. She partners with organizations to collect data that provides a window into the current state of operations and designs a plan of action to improve organizational effectiveness.  Her approach to design and deliver customized training, assess organizational conditions and partner with clients to align structure with strategy, build high performing teams, and measure results has led to sustainable change.

Eileen holds an Associate Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation and coach’s clients from mid-level managers to senior executives in multiple industries and sectors.  She is a graduate of Georgetown University, Organizational Change and Transformational Leadership program and has a Masters in Adult Education and Doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership.  Eileen is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, AQai, Myers Briggs Type Inventory, Strength Deployment Inventory, HOGAN Lead and a variety of other instruments that provide clients a glimpse into behavioral tendencies that may be getting in the way of creating more productive and purposeful relationships that improve organizational performance.

Eileen is a proud military spouse and an advocate for transitioning veterans. In her spare time she loves running marathons and serves her clients with the same physical stamina, focus, and boundless energy she commits to her running.

A retired U.S. Army Psychological Operations Colonel, Eric has led a team of 9 Soldiers to an organization of 265 people and has been on the executive staff in organizations of up to 34,000 people. Throughout that journey, Eric has coached and mentored his Soldiers to the same leadership positions he held- and beyond. By leveraging his experience and coaching method, Eric equips clients to uncover the root causes of common leadership challenges. He then guides them to develop actionable plans, eliminating doubt and reigniting their enjoyment of the work they love.

Eric is a Whole Person Certified Coach through Coach Training World. He is also working toward becoming an ICF Associate Certified Coach and Certified Business Coach through the Business Leadership Excellence Institute. He was recently accepted to the Doctorate of Executive Leadership program at the University of Charleston.

His unique dynamism and skillset is derived from having re-invented himself every two-three years to adapt to a new global location, culture, work environment (including combat zones), and team and leadership paradigms.

In leadership positions in the Middle East, South Asia, Europe, and the US, Kenny designed and directed complex programs in partnership with multiple US government agencies and more than 30 Foreign Security and Intelligence Services. He was the first senior CIA officer to volunteer and serve for two years at the height of the war in Afghanistan as Chief of a Forward Operating Base where he led a diverse multi-national team of 350+ individuals. Post-Afghanistan, Kenny was selected to be the lead HUMINT instructor for the largest cadre of officer trainees in CIA history. He helped design, launch and teach the FBI's first-ever HUMINT training program in which he was a side-by-side coach and trainer for hundreds of FBI Agents and police officers throughout the US.

Kenny's personal and professional experience developed from 19 years living outside the US in Afghanistan, Austria, Germany, Israel, North Africa and Pakistan. His focus and expertise is in Values-Based Living and Leading; Leading during Calm and Crisis; Navigating Change and Transition; Team Dynamics; Emotional and Cultural Intelligence; Competent Communication; Situational Awareness; and Utilizing Constructive Conflict for Positive Results.

Kenny earned a Master's Degree in National Strategic Studies from the US Marine Corps University War College, an undergraduate degree in German and French studies from Brigham Young University, and is an adjunct faculty member of the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership. He served two years on the Board of Directors for the International Coach Federation Metro DC Chapter as Director of Pro Bono Initiatives and Director of Strategic Partnerships. Kenny maintains high-level fluency in German, intermediate French, is a professional photographer, avid traveler, and is passionate about people, the environment and global affairs.

Max Palomeque

Max’s experiences include serving as an intelligence officer in the US Air Force and as a special agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University, an MBA from Georgetown University, and is a certified leadership coach by the Georgetown Institute for Transformational Leadership.

Lynn Ellen works with C-Suite, senior, and high potential leaders in the areas of executive presence, communication, confidence, strategic leadership, and role transitions. Her clients cite Lynn Ellen’s insight and her willingness to challenge them to reach the results they want both in their personal development and their development as leaders while creating a safe environment to explore roadblocks they are facing.

Lynn Ellen has coached over 900 senior and high-potential individual leaders as well as leadership teams from a variety of industries and countries. She has coached leaders in financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, defense, manufacturing, professional services, non-profit and other sectors in the Americas, EMEA, Asia, and Africa.

Maureen became a full-time transformational development coach after more than four decades in Corporate and Federal leadership positions in IT, Logistics and Human Resources with focus areas in systems and processes.  Having served around the globe, engaged with customers from the tactical to strategic levels including international partners, Maureen listens deeply to learn where her clients get in their own way toward reaching their big audacious goals. Working side by side with her clients she cocreates an environment for vertical growth. She intuitively and masterfully applies a practical, behavioral coaching approach to explore leaders’ potential. She works with high potential clients within Academia, the Department of Defense and the Commercial Enterprise as they grow within or into their senior management positions. Her client’s specialties include finance, information technology, logistics, health, and human resources.

Honore Spencer

Honoré has coached hundreds of individuals in leadership, team, and professional development. He has also taught and oversaw thousands of hours in leadership and management as a former professor at the University of California-Berkeley and at the University of South Florida. Honoré led multiple, intensive leadership development programs to educate and train officer candidates to prepare them for commissioned service in the military, which were lauded as benchmark programs regionally and nationally.  As a facilitator and retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, Honoré leverages his extensive experience leading and empowering disruptive teams to create positive change and achieve challenging organizational objectives.
