As a Master Certified Coach deeply embedded in the global coaching community, Ellen brings a powerful blend of expertise, network, and perspective to her clients. She has worked with thousands of individuals and teams across five continents— spanning CEOs, C-suite executives, VPs, mid-level managers, and individual contributors in corporations, small businesses, non-profits, government, and educational institutions.
Ellen has delivered coaching and facilitation extensively across the U.S. government. Her work as part of a high-performing team within the intelligence community earned the prestigious Prism Award from the International Coach Federation in 2010, recognizing excellence in coaching within a government agency. A founding member and co-director of three coach training programs, Ellen helped establish George Mason University as a leading presence in the coach training world. She ensures instructors and participants embody excellence in practice, creating a foundation for deep learning and developmental growth.
Ellen Fulton, MCC, is the Founding Partner of The Washington Coaching Group and a leader in coach education and executive development. She serves as MCC Director of Training at George Mason University and holds faculty roles with top coaching programs. With certifications in Leadership Circle, DISC, and trauma- informed methods, Ellen blends deep expertise with over 15 years of global coaching experience.
