Lynn Ellen has coached over 900 senior and high-potential individual leaders as well as leadership teams from a variety of industries and countries. She has coached leaders in financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, defense, manufacturing, professional services, non-profit and other sectors in the Americas, EMEA, Asia, and Africa.

Prior to transitioning to leadership development, Lynn Ellen experienced firsthand the challenges facing leaders during her more than twenty-five years as an executive and consultant. Lynn Ellen holds an MBA in International Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, a BA in French from Northwestern University, and a Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University. She is also certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan MBTI, and multiple assessments.
