Dr. Tony Cerella

Executive Coach and Facilitator

Dr. Tony Cerella is an executive and leadership coach with a background in operations, logistics, and international relationship building. He works with executives, managers, and leaders in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors to encourage opportunities for discovery and growth. A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, Tony has worked with international partners in countries and organizations like Australia, Italy, Germany, South Korea, Iraq, NATO, and the European Union. As a coach, Tony applies an exploratory, behavioral coaching approach to encourage growth and new perspectives. He uses expertise, compassion, and genuine curiosity to coach and facilitate leaders across multiple industries and professions.


Tony holds a Doctorate of Education (University of Southern California), coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Leadership Coaching Certificate (Georgetown University), a Master of Science (Colorado School of Mines), and a Bachelor of Arts (Virginia Military Institute).


He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt certifications. He enjoys reading, running, and traveling with his wife and two children.
