Bethany Cerella is an integrative health and leadership coach who partners with individuals seeking sustainable, meaningful change in both their personal well-being and professional lives. Her work bridges health, behavior change, somatics, and leadership development, helping clients cultivate greater resilience, clarity, self-awareness, and alignment in the way they live and lead.
Bethany believes that leadership effectiveness is inseparable from well-being and supports clients in navigating stress, improving health, and reconnecting with the body's wisdom. Drawing on her background in health and wellness coaching, she integrates somatics, mindfulness, and evidence-informed approaches to support lasting behavior change.
Bethany is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, and a doctoral candidate in integrative health. She coaches in both English and Italian and is known for creating spaces that are thoughtful, grounded, compassionate, and gently challenging.
Bethany holds a Master of Arts in Education from New York University and completed her Health & Wellness Coaching training through Georgetown University.
