Bethany Cerella

Health & Wellness Coach and Facilitator

Bethany is an integrative health and movement coach who partners with individuals seeking to manifest transformative, lasting changes in their health and well-being. With a passion for using diverse modalities, she integrates her expertise as a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, yoga and meditation teacher, into her coaching practice.

Bethany is also a dedicated doctoral candidate and a full-time mother, having homeschooled her now 16-year-old twins until the age of 10. Her greatest personal achievement is teaching her children to read, a reflection of her commitment to learning and growth. Bethany’s friends describe her as a calming influence—patient, funny, and compassionate.

Bethany has lived in Germany, Italy, England, Australia, South Korea, and across the United States, giving her a global perspective that enhances her coaching practice. Fluent in English and Italian, she offers her coaching services in both languages. Bethany’s work has been recognized internationally; she has been featured in an Italian magazine for expats and was interviewed on the podcast “Make Life Less Difficult.”

Bethany holds Master of Art in Education, New York University; Bachelor of Arts, Randolph Macon Women’s College; Associate Certified Coach, ICF; Certificate in Health & Wellness Coaching, Georgetown University; Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine; Certified Nutrition Coach; STOTT Pilates Certified Instructor; and 500-hour Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Shambhava School of Yoga.
