Bill Sisk

Leadership Coach

Bill Sisk brings 24 years of distinguished service as a Senior Chief in the U.S. Navy to his work as a leadership coach. Throughout his military career, Bill honed his expertise in leadership, resilience, and team development, skills he now leverages to help others unlock their potential and lead with confidence and purpose.


Bill is passionate about developing leaders at every stage of their journey. He teaches leadership coaching at the U.S. Naval Academy and serves as a coach with The Honor Foundation, supporting transitioning military leaders in creating meaningful post-service careers.


As a coach, Bill partners with his clients to foster self-awareness, clarify goals, and build strategies for lasting impact. His clients value his authentic, supportive approach and his ability to inspire growth through practical, actionable insights.


Bill’s mission is to empower individuals to lead with intention, align with their core values, and achieve their fullest potential. Whether guiding career transitions, strengthening team dynamics, or facilitating personal growth, Bill helps leaders navigate challenges and create meaningful change.


Bill holds a degree in Organizational Management and is a graduate of Georgetown University’s prestigious Executive Leadership Coaching program. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds certifications in Hogan Assessments, My World View, and Positive Intelligence. These credentials, combined with his extensive experience, allow him to take a holistic approach to coaching that focuses on the whole person, not just their challenges.
