Carol is a Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Organizational Culture Strategist and Instructor, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt with over 29 years of experience in Executive Leadership, Strategy, Project, Program, and Operations Management and Intelligence Analysis. Having held executive leadership positions in operations, strategy and business winning, she understands the challenges inherent in balancing strategy with execution, high performance with efficiency and increased workload with personal needs.


Carol has experience coaching senior leaders, and having worked as an executive, understands the drivers and challenges inherent in leadership at that level. She is skilled at working with leaders, teams and individuals moving through change, enabling leadership and intact teams to leverage their combined potential and empowering individuals to move beyond their barriers to growth in both work and personal life. She also has experience facilitating growth for leaders and individuals seeking to move from a directive, top-down style to a more inclusive, facilitative style.
