As the founder of LEAD+SUCCEED, Jimmy partners with CEOs, CFOs, SVPs, and leadership teams to elevate performance, foster collaboration, and create purposeful impact—both during and beyond their careers.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Jimmy blends coaching excellence with a practical understanding of business, leadership, and human behavior. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science from the University of South Florida and brings deep experience across Tech, Healthcare, and Hospitality industries. His career includes designing strategic planning workshops, developing customer service initiatives, and delivering engaging leadership development programs for both corporate and nonprofit clients.

Jimmy serves as Director of Mentoring and President-Elect for the Association for Talent Development’s South Florida Chapter, and formerly held the role of VP of Programming and Professional Development for ICF South Florida. He has also contributed to community impact through board roles with the African Orphan Educational Foundation and the South Florida Chamber of Commerce.

He is also the creator and host of the long-running podcast Unlock the Shortcut, where he shares practical leadership strategies and interviews with accomplished authors, coaches, and executives.
