A longtime champion of emerging leaders, Julia has spent fifteen years identifying, developing, and connecting young professionals with opportunities to grow into their leadership — through the Pacific Forum Young Leaders Program, the Schwarzman Scholars admissions process, and ongoing mentorship.

Julia is certified through the University of Buffalo School of Management Center on Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness and holds a Master's degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University.
