
Dr. Honore Spencer

Dr. Honoré Spencer has coached hundreds of individuals in leadership, team, and professional development. He has also taught and oversaw thousands of hours in leadership and management as a former professor at the University of California-Berkeley and at the University of South Florida. Honoré led multiple, intensive leadership development programs to educate and train officer candidates to prepare them for commissioned service in the military, which were lauded as benchmark programs regionally and nationally.
As a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and experienced facilitator, Honoré draws on his global leadership background to help teams navigate complex challenges and improve performance in demanding environments. At KAVEO, Honoré is the Director of Operations and an executive coach and facilitator, specializing in strengths-based development that helps leaders and teams translate their talents into sustained professional success and work confidently across varied organizational cultures.
Honoré holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership (Nova Southeastern University), a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (University of Maryland- College Park), and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (U.S. Air Force Academy). He is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach, a Board Certified Coach in Executive Leadership (Center for Credentialing and Education), and a Certified Strengths Coach (College of Executive Coaching), with certifications in multiple emotional intelligence and strengths-based assessments. Honoré has a passion for traveling and exploring new places, and enjoys playing sports, especially soccer, basketball, and ping pong.
