Dr. Eileen Godinez is an accomplished facilitator and certified executive coach. Eileen’s professional focus and passion is to guide individuals, teams, and organizations to engage in conversations that create a more meaningful and productive workplace. She also serves as the President of Thought Partners, LLC, a consulting company offering expertise in leadership development, facilitation, and executive coaching. She leverages her experience as an executive coach and organizational development practitioner to provide clients clarity, perspective, and understanding of their challenges and opportunities for improved relationships and performance results.
Eileen brings over 27 years of experience working with senior and mid-level leaders to develop their leadership and management skills. Eileen has designed and facilitated classes and workshop on topics such as teambuilding, problem solving, critical thinking, conflict management, emotional intelligence, resilience, adaptability, change management, and strategic planning. She has also designed and delivered leadership development programs for the Department of the Army, Department of State, and Department of Defense. Her creative and customized approach to learning and development has led to sustainable change for her clients.
Eileen holds a Doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership, Masters in Adult Education, Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation, and post-graduate certificate in Organizational Change from Georgetown University.
