Virginia is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and a leadership development expert with over 15 years of experience. She partners with leaders; managers, directors, and CEOs across global organizations to strengthen strategic leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict management, to sustain performance and well-being.
Virginia has coached senior leaders in various industries, IT, finance, banking, and retail across international markets. Her clients value her ability to combine deep insight with practical application, creating a space that both supports and challenges leaders to expand their capacity and achieve meaningful results.
Virginia is a coach trainer, mentor, and supervisor with organizations such as European Foundation for Innovation and Coaching and Radiance Partners LLC. She is accredited by both the International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Prior to her work in leadership development, she practiced law for over 25 years, building expertise in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation.
Virginia holds advanced training in coaching, supervision, and leadership, along with a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master’s degree from the UNED Foundation. She is fluent in Spanish and English and brings a global perspective to her work as a coach, facilitator, and speaker.
