Throughout his career, Jose has worked in complex and demanding environments, leading operations and engineering projects in multinational companies such as Amazon, Nestlé, and Novartis.

In these high-pressure settings, he helped teams evolve from low performance, uncertainty, and misalignment into stronger, more focused, and high-performing cultures.

Having experienced the pressure of leadership firsthand, Jose now helps leaders navigate difficult decisions, unlock the potential of their people, and lead with greater clarity, humanity, and effectiveness.

His approach combines real-world leadership experience with a strong focus on human behavior, trust, accountability, and sustainable performance.

Jose holds a Management Development Program (PDD) from IESE Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Navarra.
