Women In Leadership Retreat - Spain

Hosted at the exclusive Finca la Bobadilla resort in Andalusia Spain, this immersive retreat gives mid to senior-level women the space, tools, and community to elevate their leadership with confidence and authenticity. Through a blend of interactive sessions, guided reflection, and peer dialogue, participants explore their unique strengths, clarify their leadership identity, and address the internal and external barriers that can limit their impact.

Across the experience, you’ll refine your voice, expand your influence, and build a powerful network of accomplished women committed to leading change. You’ll leave renewed, strategically focused, and equipped with practical frameworks to navigate complexity, champion your vision, and thrive at the next level of your career.
