Navigating with Purpose: Values as a Foundation for Resilience

DESCRIPTION

This course offers a unique opportunity to enhance your resilience and decision-making skills by focusing on personal values, a critical but often overlooked aspect of professional development. Through interactive exercises, you will identify your core values and learn to align them with your choices and actions. Gain practical techniques for setting boundaries, making value-based decisions, and evaluating success in both your military career and personal life. You will also explore how value conflicts contribute to burnout and learn strategies to mitigate this risk. By the end of the course, you will be equipped with valuable tools to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and purpose, ultimately improving your effectiveness as a military professional and individual. The course is led by Sarah Carlan, a Transformation Leadership Coach who specializes in supporting professionals in high-burn-out fields.
